Returns and Refund Policy
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will send you a new one free of charge without you having to return the defective product. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement. Be sure to include your name and order number.
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been shipped.
Please note that we do not offer refunds of the purchase price, but only replace defective or damaged goods.
